If you take legal action relating to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to file such action only in the Twenty-First Judicial Circuit of the State of Missouri (also known as the Circuit Court of St. Louis County) or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
